Professional Background

Carolyn J. Wilson, known as CJ, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas. At UTD, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Public Administration with a concentration in the accounting field. CJ is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Dallas Society of CPA's and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Specializing in tax accounting, Cj has been in the tax field for several years. Prior to obtaining her CPA license, CJ's experience included employment with both a well-known income tax service in the United States and Australia and also the Internal Revenue Services. After obtaining her certification, CJ elected to establish a private practice specializing in tax services.
James Wilson, known as Jim, assists CJ in the management of the firm. Jim is a graduate of the University of Southwest Texas with a Bachlor of Business Administration. Jim's specialty lies in the area of Cost accounting and income tax for businesses. His experience encompasses both the United States and Australia.

Company Goals & Mission
The firm, C.J.Wilson P.C., is located in Richardson on the west side of North Central Expressway between Arapaho Road and Beltline. As a CPA firm, the goals of the firm is to provide both the business accounting services and tax consultation services necessary to assist the client in the keeping of their records and in utilizing the legal methods to minimize their tax obligations.
The company provides compilation services for small companies, partnerships, and both small and large corporations. Services are offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending upon the scope of the services desired by the client. We strive to provide our clients with maximum services with our professional and technical resources. Solving unique tax problems whether it is the current year or a prior year is part of our normal function.
